REFUND POLICY

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Important exception for custom/personalised items: The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. As our products are custom print-on-demand items produced specifically for each order, they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your contact email]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return request, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
